One of my favorite DJs. He’s such a sweetheart!

Of all the DJs that tend to saturate the “Soca scrne” DJ Jel sets himself apart by simply knowing the music. This man knows every tune for the year from each island and honestly I wouldn’t look anywhere else to brush up on my tunes. You can tell he has a passion for the music he plays. Being a DJ sure isn’t easy (we all know a bad DJ) but every transition, tempo in his song lineup compliment each other flawlessly.
I also love that he RARELY shouts over the mix or try to sing along. No weird pauses, nothing! Definitely speaker friendly. When I used to work at Starbucks, his mixes were all we’d listen to on the floor during my shifts. The best hands down. I’d book him for an event if I ever throw one.
Keep up the greatness! You’ve got a fan in me
